A New Hub for Investment and Expat Services
Spanning over 5,000 sq.m., TIESC consolidates a range of services under one roof, offering a modern and efficient environment for investors, skilled professionals, and expatriates. By bringing together the BOI, Immigration Bureau, and the Department of Labor, the center aims to simplify access to investment consultations, government liaison, long-term investment support, and visa and work permit services. It also serves as the new home for the Long-Term Resident (LTR) Visa Unit. Located on the 6th and 7th floors of One Bangkok’s Parade Zone (take elevators 3.1 or 3.2 from the ground floor for the most direct access), TIESC offers a central and easily accessible location. Visitors can reach the center by car, taxi, or via MRT Lumpini Station.
